You can conduct a Meet live-stream session even if other interactive features are unavailable. An email with the recording link is sent to the meeting organizer, and to the person who started the recording. Wait for the recording file to be generated and saved to the organizer’s Meet Recordings folder in My Drive. Ask your Google Workspace admin to make sure Meet recording is turned on for your organization. You can record even if others don’t join. If Meet works for you but other participants have trouble, you can record your session in Meet. Then share the recording with your team or class. If Meet is not available, use another screen recording app to record the session with your local computer. Important: Recording video meetings is only available for meetings organized by certain Google Workspace editions.
